Why Haven't I Received My Passes, Tickets, or Barcodes?
We’ve transitioned to a new Point of Sale (POS) system to enhance your experience at Big Dam Waterpark. If you purchased a Season Pass before 5/1/2024, you should have received a receipt for your order but not your actual passes. No need to worry, simply bring this receipt with you when you come and you can redeem your season pass at the ticket window. If you can't find your receipt for any reason, feel free to email us at info@bigdamwaterpark.com and we will re-send your receipt.
If you've made a purchase after 5/1/2024, your should receive a confirmation email with a barcode that must be scanned at the Ticket Window.
